Rigging Foreman

The Rigging Foreman oversees a crew or multiple crews of riggers.  He or she is the on site supervisor and direct contact with the customer before, during, and after the job.  Responsibilities include, planning the project, budgeting, managing personnel, managing project issues, securing necessary paperwork and clearance, ensuring safety, monitoring progress, providing timely updates and reports to management, performing pre and post walk through and follow up with the customer.  Experience desired is 5-10 years performing the described duties.

Rigger/Driver

The Rigger/Driver performs work on a crew or multiple crews as requested and assigned.  He or she must be qualified to drive, carry the proper licenses, and reports to the Rigging Foreman.  Responsibilities include, operating forklifts, gantrys, single and double drop long haul trucks, rigging and securing move items, ensuring the safety of the move by leveraging prior expertise and OSHA best practices in terms of all rigging equipment and protocols, providing timely updates and reports to the rigging foreman, performing pre and post walk through and follow up with the rigging foreman as requested.  Experience desired is 8-10 years performing the described duties.

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager assists the local office director in managing local office operations.  He or she is the remote director and supervisor who is in direct contact with the multiple Rigging Foremen dispersed on the customer jobs before, during, and after their jobs. Responsibilities include, coordinating and dispatching the local office projects, providing scheduling and budgetary assistance at the local office level, managing local office personnel as required to perform the required duties, assisting the local office management with special projects and operational tasks, assisting in securing necessary paperwork and clearance as requested, providing safety reports to management, monitoring progress of job and updating the project portal as such, updating and being involved with the Finance department as required, providing other timely updates and reports to management, managing escalated customer calls and issues not directly answered by local office staff.  Experience desired is 10-15 years performing the described duties.
