Acuff International, Inc.

Based in Memphis, Tennessee, the Acuff family has been the premier moving service provider in the mid-south region since 1939.  Originally, the company was founded as Crosstown Transfer and Storage, providing specialty residential moving services during the Great Depression era and beyond.  The cost for moving furniture . . . 25 cents a room!

During the 60’s the family began operating as Acuff Crane and Rigging.  The company transitioned into specialty industrial moving, developing many of the techniques that are still used today. The tradition is now carried on by Susan Acuff, the current President of Acuff International.

Over the past 20 years, Susan has brought back a core value from the company's past, the renewed focus on excellence in customer service.  This renewed focus on excellence in service is what Acuff's customers have come to expect through the years.  It has catapulted this once regional rigging company into an internationally renowned powerhouse.
